Payment & Shipping Guidelines

Welcome to our new amazing online store, we are excited to be able to share Melton Merchandise with our employees outside of the Tulsa area, our loyal customers and to the general public. We are asking that everyone placing an online order to please sign in as a GUEST only at check out, rather than creating an account or signing in as an existing customer. Please review the guidelines below prior to completing your online purchase.

Payment Guidelines:

  • By Selecting the Payroll Deduction-Melton Employees Only payment type you are allowing GEAR to deduct the total amount of your order from your Melton Employee Paycheck. Billing information must be in the name of the active employee and 60 days employment is required and verified before orders are completed and shipped (this includes rehires - we will go by your NEW start date)​. Orders cannot exceed $200.00 per pay period and will be canceled if employee verification cannot be made and/or the order amount exceeds $200.00.
  • By Selecting the Credit Card ​payment type you will be redirected to our secure payment center to enter your credit card information. Please note that if the billing address is not exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, it will decline the payment.

Shipping Guidelines:

  • By selecting the Pick-Up at Tulsa Terminal ​you are agreeing to pick up your order at the GEAR store located in the Tulsa Oklahoma Terminal, please allow 1-2 business day for processing. Once processed you will be notified by email that your order is ready for pick-up. If you are not available to pick up your order during regular store hours (Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm) you will need to notify Tracy by calling 918-270-9475 or emailing to make other pick-up arrangements.
  • By selecting FedEx Ground/Smart Post ​you are allowing GEAR to ship your package via FedEx. Please allow 2-7 business days for your package to arrive at its destination.​ Smart Post FedEx will transfer your package to the addressee's local post office for delivery. This option is selected by the shipper and is for deliveries to a PO box, an apartment and/or rural areas. You will need to allow 1-2 business days for processing and once shipped you will be notified by email with a FedEx or Smart Post confirmation number for tracking.​
